“Spring Of Prosperity” Chinese New Year Shoppers Redemption 2021

In this coming Chinese New Year Celebration, KL Gateway Mall will be rewarding all shoppers with Ang Pao Packet, Tea Pot set and Torri Teppanyaki RM 10 cash voucher usher into this festive season. We are pleased to inform you that you are invited to be part of our up-coming celebration. Redemption shall commence from 8 JANUARY 2021 onwards.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The redemption only applied to all tenant at KL Gateway Mall.
  2. Redemption fulfillment is subject to stock availability, on a first come; first serve basis.
  3. Redemption must be made on the same date of the receipt at Concierge, LevelLG 1.
  4. Redemption counter is operating at 10:30am – 9:30pm daily.
  5. Shoppers required to fill in the redemption from upon each redemption.
  6. Participation is allowed only upon proof of purchase via cashier receipt bearing the name; lot number of the outlet at KL Gateway Mall. Only original receipt is acceptable. Reprint, Used & Manual will not be entertained.
  7. Receipt paid as “deposit” will not be accept for redemption
  8. Redemption is not valid for receipt that are collected based on payment that subsidizes by cash voucher. For receipt that is partially subsidies point or cash voucher, only the amount top up by cash can be consider as total receipt amount for redemption.
  9. Redemption is not valid for ATM transaction or Money changer facilities, Utilities/ Telco Bill or top up payment.
  10. Shopper is required to present the purchase items at redemption counter upon redemption.
  11. Tenants’ staff is not allow to participate and redeem on behalf of shopper.
  12. Tenants are notified that receipts should only be issued strictly for genuine purchases. Any participating tenant found using receipt indiscriminately will be penalized and removed from participation immediately. We will not entertain any appeal and will not allow you to participate in future campaign.
  13. Management only recognize 1 receipt per outlet despite shopper have multiple purchase from the same outlet within same day. Redemption is limited up to Maximum TWO (2) Redemption (in different outlets’ receipt) per customer per day.
  14. Redemption item/ gift reward are strictly not exchangeable with /for cash and strictly not for sale or resale.
  15. It will be tenant duties to explain to shopper the term & condition upon redemption.
  16. Shopper is required to present their I/C if the receipt printed with membership name.
  17. Management has full right to reject the shoppers’ redemption if we found abuse of redemption.
  18. Management reserved the right to change the term & condition from time to time basis without give any notification.
